With Canstruction looming on the weekend’s horizon, it is interesting to check out what other food-based sculpture competitions exist out there. Without a doubt, there are few people who can turn a block of parmesan into a masterpiece like Jim Victor can. Perhaps next year we’ll try our hand at butter carving or Kraft cheese.
