Rachael Ray has in recent months been the face of Dunkin Doughnuts promoting the brand in different campaigns. Recently one of her online ads came under fire and has been removed under pressure from conservative bloggers. Why you ask? Because of some discriminatory wording or imagery? Nope. Because there were some false statements in the ad? Nope. Because her scarf was black and white. That’s right, the colour of her scarf. Just to fill you in apparently black and white scarfs are imagery of Islamic Terrorism. No Joke. Read more on CBC.
