There’s something so creepy, yet so perfect about Kermit the Frog singing the NIN song “Hurt” in a music video with all the stereotypical drug addict scenarios being played out by Kermit himself. It doesn’t end there, either. On the same site you can also find audio recordings of some of the more depressing songs of my generation as realized by the downtrodden frog. As a child I always had a special place in my heart for Kermit, and I’m sad to see what fame has done to him. It ain’t easy bein’ green.
