Our buddy Jeremy Thorp is the coolest propeller-head you’ll ever meet. Not ony does he crunch complex Flash ActionScript by hand and teach Flash at VFS, he’s a former geneticist and recovering rock star. He once said to me that “crafting code”, for him, “was like making art or composing music”. He has indeed coded some very sweet sites in his time, such as local photographer Anthony Redpath‘s as well as the site for our client Mercury Filmworks. Some of his site designs appear almost organic, such as his most recent project called ShowCrawler, which tracks live music performances in local venues. Who knows how he also finds time to design and print music gig posters for local bands as well. Dude’s a machine.
