Have you ever wanted to eat at a fancy restaurant but afraid to spend a huge chunk of your paycheck? Well, stop spending money on strippers! Just kidding…
Dine Out Vancouver is back again. With over 180 restaurants, starting on January 14th – February 1st, people can enjoy a three-course dinner for $18, $28 or $38 per person.
This will be my fourth year participating and I find it this event a great excuse to try out new restaurants. In fact, Todd and I will be joining Alex and his lady love on a double date at DB Bistro Moderne. Bittersweet Chocolate Coupe, Praline Feuilletine, Coffe Ice Cream for dessert sounds good to me. HAHA! You’re copywriting is HILARIOUS Steph. Funny, I laughed out loud. Have an AWESOME time at DB Mistro Moderne!! I heard they did a soft open in December but I’m dying to hear about it; I’m sure it’ll be incredible. Looking forward to the report! 8)

Thanks Nance! I called DB Moderne to make the reservation and the lady told me she received at least, if not more than 200 callers on Monday to book tables. It’s going to be a gong show but we’re definitely excited to try it out.

Cool! Since all the Foodists that responded had it on their lists, we’ll probably bow out. Why should we have a private dinner with a bunch of people we already know? ;D
Seriously, I have a feeling they won’t be hurting to fill seats. It was also mentioned as a hot ticket in the new Georgia Straight.
